+WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE IF I MADE A PURCHASE?
Each of our products and services has a corresponding terms and conditions with our suppliers, so when you purchase any travel related goods and services, separate terms and conditions will apply. We expect you to read and understand them and once you confirm, we assume that you agree to them. If you however, violate any of those terms and conditions, it may result to cancellation or forfeiture of your payment as the case may be.
+WHAT DO I NEED TO REMEMBER IF I BOOK A FLIGHT?
When you purchase air ticket from Godoba, it means that you agree to the standard air travel rules for all airline flights including the relevant conditions of carriage. Please also ensure to have all relevant travel documents (i.e. visa) arranged if required prior to your departure.
+WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MY HOTEL RESERVATION?
Your hotel reservation will not include facilities and services fees other than those explicitly included in your voucher. The applicable terms and conditions of the hotel will apply accordingly to the hotel reservation you have made.
+WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF GODOBA?

+HOW DO I PAY?
We accept online payments through Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. You warrant that you are the cardholder for all online payments and have the full responsibility of this transaction and we will not be liable for any fraud arising from the misuse of the card. You understand that any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your purchase and forfeiting any monies paid. We on the other hand, will endeavour to ensure confidentiality on your personal information when making online payment.
+HOW TO CANCEL AND REFUND?
Cancellation and Refund Policies vary from each supplier of our products and services. To process your initial request, email to: customerservice@godoba.com If the selected Godoba package is refundable by the supplier, it shall be processed and the net amount shall be credited to your respective credit or debit card account within 60 days. An administrative fee of 5% from the total purchase price or the minimum amount of AED 50 shall be deducted from the refund money.
+HOW DOES GODOBA DELIVER GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED?
Any products and services purchased from us will be delivered to you in a form of a confirmation voucher within 24-48 hours, which is auto-generated and you will receive it in the email address you have indicated at the beginning of the transaction. In case, you have not received your confirmation voucher, please feel free to email us at customerservice@godoba.com.
+WHEN AM I LIABLE TO INDEMNIFY GODOBA?
In cases where you breach any of the Terms and Conditions stated in this website, when you violate any law or rights of third parties and when you misuse the website which resulted to any claims, damages or any causes of action.

Trust is very important to us and we make it our highest priority in dealing with any customers. So, all your personal information will be kept private and confidential.
+WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS FRAUD?
In case of fraud arising from any transactions, we reserve our right to investigate the matter and will take necessary legal action as afforded by law.
+WHAT DO I NEED WHEN I TRAVEL?
You are expected to carry with you all required documents such as emigration letters, passport, visa etc. where applicable. Godoba will not be responsible for obtaining such personal documents for you.
+HOW DO I USE THE BOOKING VOUCHER?
Upon arrival at your booked travel destination, you are expected to present the booking voucher to Godoba representative to show all the packages that has been booked.
+HOW DO I PAY FOR EXTRA PRODUCTS AND SERVICES?
Godoba representative will send a link for any additional products and services that have been purchased. The same terms and conditions apply.
+HOW DO I LODGE A COMPLAINT OR WHAT IS THE GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE?
