The customer upon use of the website warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter into a commercial contract. Godoba has no control over any travel services and products that one can access through its portal, as they are owned, controlled and made available by travel providers.
The customer cannot modify copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, sell or re-sell any information, products and services from this website. Compliance with all the relevant laws on the safe and legal usage of our website is expected from the customer.
Godoba cannot also guarantee the prices displayed in the website, as they may vary from time to time depending on the travel providers. In case of any fraudulent acts or misrepresentation, Godoba reserves the right to cancel, without notice or confirmation, the reservations made. Godoba also reserves its right to investigate the matter and take necessary legal action as afforded by law.

Products and Services
Godoba cannot guarantee the prices displayed in the website, as they may vary from time to time depending on the travel providers. The customisation of the products and services will highly depend on their availability.
Godoba representative can assist the customer to modify any product or services purchased. Any costs arising from the modification of products and services shall be borne by the customer
Warranties of Merchantability
Godoba, acting as an intermediary, does not warrant, amongst others, the quality, merchantability, fit for purpose etc. of the products or services provided by the travel providers.
Credit or Debit Card Usage
Godoba accepts online payment using Visa or MasterCard, Debit or Credit cards. The customer shall provide accurate credit or debit card billing information which shall be treated by Godoba with utmost confidentiality.
A link will be sent to the customer by Godoba’s representative to process the payment. Different currencies (AED, OMR, SAR, and USD) are available as options and customer will therefore be charged accordingly. In case of the difference on the conversion rate between the customer’s bank and the intermediary bank, the customer’s bank shall cover the amount. Once payment is made, then a booking voucher will automatically be generated by the system and shall then be received by the customer.
In case of debit or credit card fraud, the customer shall be held fully responsible in accordance with the applicable law.
Godoba shall not be liable for any loss or damage, arising from misuse of or fraudulent access to the credit card.
Taxes levied on the products and services purchased shall be borne by the customer.
Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
In case of any violation of laws or rights of third parties or when there is misuse of the website resulting to any claims, damages or any causes of action, the customer shall be liable to indemnify Godoba.
Godoba will not be liable for any extra charges occasioned by delays or cancellations due to and not limited to force majeure (unforeseeable climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc.).
Customers, upon purchase of any of Godoba’s products and services, shall be deemed aware of all terms and conditions mentioned in each package including the risks innate to it and have taken reasonable measures to avoid it.
Godoba being an online platform and having exercised all due diligence shall not be responsible or be held liable for any loss, damages, injury, risks, accidents, delays or any irregularities arising from the use of the products and services purchased in its website.
Intellectual Property Rights
All the contents of the website are under the Intellectual Property Rights of Godoba unless otherwise specified in the list of exclusions.
Cancellations and Refunds
When the lead customer decides to cancel the booking or reservations made, it is advised to contact the Customer Care at the earliest time possible through the number +97143386665.

Each products and services has its corresponding cancellation and refund policies posted at Godoba website. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of each purchase to avoid any cancellation charges or no-show-fees where applicable.
If the selected Godoba package is refundable by the supplier, it shall be processed and the net amount shall be credited to the customer’s respective credit or debit card account within 60 days. Godoba administrative fee of 5% from the total purchase price or the minimum amount of AED 50 plus any chargeable amount stipulated in the terms and conditions of purchase shall be deducted from the refund money.
Any rebooking request shall be made by the lead customer through phone call to the Customer Care number +97143386665 and confirmed in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A Godoba representative shall respond within 72 hours upon the rebooking request. Godoba administrative fee of AED 50 shall be charged to the customer plus any other fees stipulated by the travel providers in the product or services purchased
Governing law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute which has not been settled amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We shall also inform affected individuals of the seriousness of the harm and maintain documentation.
